Altitude: 1000 – 1550 m.
We made this blend with lots of love, after long attempts to find a balance between the chocolate notes and the acidity locked in each bean. We created a blend where the quality of the raw material is without compromise, roasting fully developed beans, medium roasted to feel the notes of dark chocolate, amaretto and biscuit sweetness, developing low acidity and creamy body. This blend is due to 1 year of hard work thrown into experimentation and trying to find good raw material, consistent supply and competitive prices.
