Method of preparation: put 4 – 6g in a glass and add 200-300 ml of water with a temperature of 80-85 degrees. Let it brew for 3-5 minutes.

• Chamomile collected from the Bulgarian lands. It is dried on a dark and airy base away from sunlight, which preserves its herbals. During drying, it is covered with gauze to protect against insects.
