Instructions for use of professional espresso machines

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and disassembly. All mixing ratios can be changed if a stronger effect is desired. Use rubber gloves and eye protection.

Usage:

1. Make a Flash of each group.

2. Place the blind strainer in the portafilter and add about 1/2 tsp (3 g) of Cafiza Powder.

3. Insert the portafilter into the machine group.

4. Activate the rhythm cycle- 10 seconds of machine operation per 10 second pause. Repeat the entire cycle a total of 5 times.

5. Remove the blind strainer and repeat step 4 without Cafiza

6. Make a cup of coffee and discard it to prevent residue in the coffee.

Contents: 900 g detergent in a box

Soaking:

Soak the filters and portafilter metal for 30 minutes in 1 teaspoon

(6 g) Cafiza® Powder per 32 ounces (1 L) of hot water.

Rinse with clean hot water.

 

Instructions for use of coffee makers

1. Empty the coffee from the equipment. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) Cafiza® Powder per 64 ounces (2 liters) of water directly into the brew portafilter.

2. Make a full boil cycle in each pot and hold for 30 minutes.

3. Empty each container and rinse all parts with clean hot water.

TIP: Wet a cloth with Cafiza® powder solution and wipe the spray heads, then wipe clean.

Instructions for use for baking equipment

1. Coffee Roasting Drum: Mixing Ratio - 1:50 (Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner Powder: Water)

Mix hot water and Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner in a large sink or basin.

2. Soak storage containers for several minutes, open and close caps or dispensing mechanisms.

3. Remove from cleaning solution and immerse in clean water. Use running water for final rinse.

4. Air dry or wipe with a cloth.

 

 

Removable coffee roasting parts:

1. Mixing ratio - 30 parts hot water to 1 part Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner.

2. Remove all parts of the baking pan that can be cleaned by dipping or soaking.

3. Mix hot water and Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner in a large sink or basin. Let the roasting parts soak for a few minutes.

4. Rinse with clean water.

5. Use running water for a final rinse.

6. Dry and check all parts.

 

Non-shareable coffee roasting parts:

1. Mix 4 tablespoons of Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner with 1 litre of hot water in a spray bottle.

2. Clean the parts with solution. Some parts may require more than one application.

 

Packing equipment:

1. Mix 4 tablespoons of Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner powder with 1 liter of hot water in a spray bottle.

2. Spray any surfaces and nozzles that have contact with coffee.

3. Clean the surfaces with a sponge. Keep the sponge clean by rinsing periodically in clean water.
