This unique selection of Caturra and Castillo varieties is processed using a traditional washed method that brings out the coffee's fruity notes and caramelised profile.

In Gaitania, known as the birthplace of Colombian coffee, the story of this coffee is linked to the efforts of Emmanuel and his family to transform the local coffee industry. The creation of the coffee processing center in 2016 was just the beginning of their mission. In collaboration with Forest Coffee, they initiated a project called "The Black Condor" to support local producers affected by the conflicts in the region.

Characteristics:

  • Caturra and Castillo varieties: These varieties offer rich aromas and complex flavours that will delight any coffee lover.
  • Traditional washed method: The process of washing and fermentation in lees for 24 hours contributes to the pure and harmonious taste of the coffee.
  • The grains go through a 15 to 25-day drying period, after which they are stabilized to ensure consistency in flavor profile.
