For use on automatic espresso machines.
Insert a Cafiza® tablet into the machine opening and follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintenance and cleaning. Designed for everyday use.
For use in traditional espresso machines
- Insert the glug strainer into the port-filter and add 1 Cafiza® tablet. Place the portafilter in the head of the band.
- Activate the machine cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
- Remove the port-filter. Activate the machine cycle and rinse the portafilter in a stream of water from the band head. Stop the cycle.
- Place the portfolio in the group head. Repeat step (2) without the Cafiza® tablet 5 times.
- Make and discard a cup of espresso so that no residue remains.
