A Saturday idyll: Coffee tasting and brunch with our friends and hosts, Sapiens, in our beloved Ruse, the city of firsts.
It’s no coincidence, because it was in Ruse that we first unveiled our new coffee additions from Africa:

• Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gargari – Supernatural process
• Burundi Mpanga – Natural process (Burundi Cup of Excellence)
• 
  Ethiopia Guji – Natural process

We prepared a variety of espresso drinks with professional latte art for our guests, as well as coffee brewed using a V60. We chatted about the long journey coffee takes, from the farm to the cup they were holding in their hands. We shared our knowledge and had fun – TOGETHER!
