LA MARZOCCO Linea PB – Professional Espresso Machine

The Linea PB, designed and named in honour of Piero Bambi, sets a new standard in performance, reliability and craftsmanship. The Linea PB features La Marzocco’s iconic polished stainless steel body, updated with simplified lines and a lower profile, and is equipped with exceptional, user-friendly software that gives the barista direct control over the boiler temperature, brew volume, hot water tap flow rate, automatic backflush and other options. This new conical valve system provides progressive regulation of water flow and pressure via an internal orifice before full pressure is applied. The paddle valve controls pre-pressurisation whilst the volumetric pump operates at full pressure, allowing the barista to pre-pressurise one group whilst the other is brewing coffee.

The individual boilers optimise espresso brewing and steam production.

Dual PID (coffee and steam) – Allows you to control the temperature of the coffee and the steam boiler electronically.

Eco mode – It can be programmed to switch to standby mode, thereby improving energy efficiency.

Stainless steel portafilters – For better quality and consistency in every cup.

Insulated water heaters – They reduce energy consumption whilst helping to stabilise the temperature.

USB – Allows the firmware to be updated.

Digital display – A temperature display, shot timers, a flow pulse counter and intuitive programming make it easy to adjust the machine’s settings.
