For use in automatic espresso machines.
Place a Cafiza® tablet in the machine’s dispenser and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for maintenance and cleaning. Intended for daily use.
For use with traditional espresso machines
- Place the blind filter basket in the portafilter and add 1 Cafiza® tablet. Insert the portafilter into the group head.
- Run the machine for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
- Remove the portafilter. Start the machine’s cycle and rinse the portafilter under running water from the group head. Stop the cycle.
- Place the portafilter in the group head. Repeat step (2) without a Cafiza® tablet 5 times.
- Make and throw away a cup of espresso so that there are no leftovers.
