Blue Bag Coffee at Sofia Chilli Fest 2024: Spicy thrills and coffee with character
This weekend, the team at Blue Bag Coffee had the honour of taking part in this unique event Sofia Chilli Fest 2024, organised by Chilli Hills at the farm in Lozen. The event exceeded all expectations, turning into a veritable celebration of chilli, and our coffee contributed to this experience with its aromatic notes and bold character.
The Blue Bag Coffee menu:
At our stand, visitors had the chance to sample our specially selected coffee blends, which perfectly combine a rich aroma with an intense flavour. Here is the menu we presented:
- Espresso Blend – a perfect balance between sweetness and body, with a fresh aftertaste.
- Cold Brew Coffee – a refreshing drink made by slowly brewing coffee, which pairs perfectly with the festival’s savoury flavours.
- Single-Origin Coffee – for those looking for unique flavours from the finest coffee-growing regions.
Our drinks were the perfect complement to the spicy treats on offer at the festival, and received a lot of positive feedback.
The event:
The festival has become a hotbed for chilli lovers, producers and enthusiasts from all over the world. Over the course of two days, the festival attracted over 3,000 visitors, who enjoyed the unique products of Bulgarian and international brands. The Chilli Hills farm was filled with music, smiles and exceptionally spicy challenges, and we at Blue Bag Coffee We also joined in this delicious adventure.
Fierce competitions and new friendships:
There were some unforgettable moments during the festival, including the show organised by League of Fire, where world champions competed in a hot chilli-eating contest. It was impressive to see how Nikolay Filipov managed to keep the trophy in Bulgaria by beating the international stars at the event.
