We would like to thank #BandBTrust for their hospitality at their hotel in Ruse. We had the pleasure of welcoming many friends, admirers and enthusiasts of the speciality coffee culture.

We provided a brief overview of how coffee is grown, the different varieties, the processing methods, and why „speciality coffee“ stands out from other conventional coffees. We demonstrated some brewing methods, such as espresso, Chemex and French press. We hope this was helpful to everyone and we look forward to our next meeting!
